Hand harvested from 36 year old vines on 7 March. Vinified with the valued help of Pete, Matt, Jon, Noel, Dale and Wayne. Fermented in small open fermenters and matured in new and used French oak barriques.
Displays bright berry and cherry fruits, spice and floral notes and a soft, lingering palate. Bottled 10 February 2020. Unfiltered and unfined.
