Description
Hand harvested from 37 year old vines on our Uley vineyard on 17 March. Fermented by wild yeasts in new, 2nd and 3rd use barriques. Malolactic fermentation induced in 40%. Matured in oak for 10 months. Bottled 15 February 2021.
Intense aromas of stone and citrus fruit, honeysuckle, cashews and subtle toasty oak followed by a rich and creamy palate finishing with a crisp citrussy freshness.
