The Bridgewater Mill Restaurant famous for it’s wonderful atmosphere, fine dinning and well selected wine list is launching their winter menu on Friday the 9th of June.
For $100 they’ll be offering a well selected tasting menu paired with wines, of which Barratt’s 2013 Pinot Noir will play a delicate but bold ensemble to hand-crafted dishes like the lamb below
On another note, Patch Kitchen and Garden in Stirling, have started a dinner experience from Thursday’s to Saturday and have arranged another great lamb pairing – a slow-cooked lamb shoulder with a rosemary potato gratin, marinated artichokes & confit garlic. After 15 cosy hours in the oven it sounds tender and as heavenly as the Barratt 2013 Pinot Noir.
Thanks for the support and continuing collaboration between food, wine, spaces and experiences. Makes it all worth while.
